One of the benefits of hiring a property manager are the cost savings you will see when it is time to perform maintenance. Things happen and at some point you will need to fix something, from an AC system, dishwasher, water heater, or a backed up sewer line. If you are the one searching for a contractor you will be charged the retail price. As a Property Manager I have a pool of vendors to choose from and have negotiated prices that are lower than retail.
