How often should you change your AC Filter Part 2

This is a follow-up video to how often you should change your AC Filter. Nathan shows you the inside of an AC unit that has not changed out the filters often enough. Take a look at what happens and why you should change them out regularly. A good reminder is when you get your electric bill, change your filter. For the properties I manage, I use a company (at the tenants expense) that delivers AC filters that are date-stamped. When I do a property check-up I can quickly determine if the tenant is protecting your asset by regularly changing out the filter.
